Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in one order and these are delivered at the same time;
on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods in one order and these are delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done by email: support@mayfordlondon.com

You can use the attached standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your notification of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. This refund will under no circumstances entail additional costs for you.
We may refuse the refund until we:
have received the returned goods, or
you have documented that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your cancellation from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
You are only liable for the loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
Grounds for exclusion and lapse of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that are produced on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer
for the delivery of goods that are subject to rapid deterioration or have a limited shelf life;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price is agreed in the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:
for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal is broken after delivery; for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal is broken after delivery.
